1. Introduction
At GuestLinkers.com, we aim to provide a safe and reliable platform for Advertisers and Bloggers to exchange guest post services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Important: Refunds are only available to Advertisers under specific conditions. Bloggers receive payment only after successful post approval.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only for Advertisers, under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios
The Blogger fails to publish the guest post within the agreed timeframe
The published guest post violates the listing agreement (e.g., wrong URL, niche mismatch, nofollow when dofollow was promised)
The blog post is removed or deindexed within 7 days of publishing
The post is deleted, altered, or marked "sponsored" without permission
2.2 Non-Eligible Scenarios
The guest post is live, approved by you, and remains accessible
You change your mind after the order is placed
You fail to respond within the 7-day review window (auto-approval applies)
The issue arises from your submitted content (plagiarized, low quality, rejected by Blogger)
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via Support Ticket or Email within 7 days of post publication or dispute
- Our support team will investigate and may contact both parties
- If the Blogger is found to be at fault, the refund will be approved
- In some cases, a partial refund may be offered
4. Dispute Resolution
- If an Advertiser and Blogger disagree, the case is reviewed by our support team
- The platform's final decision is binding and cannot be appealed
- Bloggers who repeatedly violate terms may be suspended or blacklisted
5. Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to your GuestLinkers wallet or returned to your PayPal account (if the original transaction allows it)
- Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on payment gateway and PayPal terms
6. Bloggers' Payment Hold
- Payments to Bloggers are held for 7 days after the Advertiser approves the post
- If a refund request is submitted within that window, funds are paused until the issue is resolved
7. Platform Rights
GuestLinkers.com reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject refund requests based on internal investigation
- Temporarily hold or reverse Blogger payments during disputes
- Terminate accounts involved in fraud, spam, or policy violations
