1. Introduction

Welcome to GuestLinkers.com ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our guest posting marketplace platform that connects:

• Advertisers who purchase guest post placements
• Bloggers who offer and sell guest post opportunities on their websites

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid PayPal account for payments
• Provide accurate and complete information

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

3. Platform Role

GuestLinkers.com serves as a neutral mediator between Advertisers and Bloggers. Our responsibilities include:

• Facilitating transactions between parties
• Holding payments in escrow until service completion
• Providing dispute resolution services when needed

4. Guest Post Process

4.1 For Advertisers

When purchasing guest posts:

• You may browse and select from available blog listings
• You must submit high-quality, original content that complies with the Blogger's guidelines
• After publication, you have 7 days to review and approve the post
• If no action is taken within 7 days, the system will auto-approve the post
• Direct deals outside the Platform are strictly prohibited

4.2 For Bloggers

When selling guest posts:

• You must accurately represent your website's metrics and audience
• Published posts must match the listing description
• Posts must remain live for a minimum of 12 months
• Payment will be released to your account 7 days after Advertiser approval
• Removing approved posts without valid reason may result in penalties

5. Payments & Fees

Our payment terms:

• All transactions are processed through PayPal only
• Advertisers must fund their account wallet before placing orders
• The Platform may deduct a service fee (typically 10-20%) from Blogger earnings
• Bloggers receive payment 7 days after post approval (minus Platform fees)
• Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution are considered violations

6. Content Guidelines

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Illegal activities or regulated substances
• Adult content or explicit material
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Misleading or false claims
• Spammy or low-quality content
• Private Blog Networks (PBNs) or link farms

We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Advertiser Content

Advertisers retain ownership of submitted content but grant Bloggers the right to publish it as specified in the order.

7.2 Platform Content

All Platform content (design, text, graphics, logos) is our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

If issues arise:

• Parties must attempt to resolve directly within 5 days of publication
• Unresolved issues should be reported to our support team
• We will mediate and make a final binding decision
• Common resolutions may include partial refunds or content edits

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform
• Repeated poor quality submissions
• Abusive conduct toward other users

Terminated accounts may forfeit any pending balances.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law
